Vivian M. Juranek, as Trustee of the Ray J. Juranek and Vivian M. Juranek Family Trust under
agreement dated April 18, 1997, GRANTOR, in consideration of $1.00 and other valuable
consideration received from GRANTEES, Donald J. Hubl and Marlene M. Hubl, husband
and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the
following described real estate, to wit:
An undivided 1/5 interest in and to: The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S%zNW'/a) and
the North half of the Southwest Quarter (N%zSW'/a) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township
Five (5) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6`i' P.M., Adams County, Nebraska
Subject to easements and restrictions of record
GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS:
(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the
GRANTORS.
