The undersigned is the Trustee under a Trust Deed executed by

Trustors on July 8, 2004, in which Mortgage Electronic Registration

filed for record on July 9, 2004 as Instrument No. 20043599 in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska.
Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for
which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the
nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt
payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby
notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by
said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the
date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor
may make payment to Household Finance Corporation III of the amount
needed to bring this obligation current. Trustor may reinstate
after acceleration and may bring a court action to assert the non-
existence of the default or any other defense he may have to the
acceleration and sale.
