The Adams County Board of Supervisors met as a Board of Equalization for the purpose of setting the 2014 tax
levies, with Chairman Neumann presiding. Roll call, ayes: Thomsen, Curtis, Neumann, Orthamnn, Saathoff and
Weeks. Hynes was absent.
Also present were County Clerk, Ramona Thomas; and Deputy Attorney, David Bergin.
Motion by Curtis, seconded by Orthmann that this is an open meeting, and was advertised in the Hastings Tribune.
Entered as a Board of Equalization at 9:32 a.m.
Adams County Clerk, Ramona Thomas, presented the Board with the 2014 tax levies for Adams County. Board
members had been given the opportunity to view these levy amounts prior to the meeting, and there were no
questions by the Board Members.
Motion by Saathoff, seconded by Weeks to approve the 2014 tax levies. Roll Call: Ayes: Curtis, Weeks, Neumann,
Orthmann, Saathoff, and Thomsen. Nays: None. Absent: Hynes.
Board of Equalization adjourned at 9:34 a.m.
