COURT HOUSE, HASTINGS, NEBRASKA.
Friday, April 6, 1945. 9:00 o'clock A. M.
Chairman
Regular meeting of the Adams County Board of Supervisors met as per recess of March 8th, 1945. Wm. Hohlen, Chairman,
presiding.
Roll call, all members present: Bivens, Goble, Harm, Hohlen, James, Koch, and Sergeant.
Minutes of last regular meeting were read and approved.
Motion by Harm, seconded by Bivens, that we adopt the following resolution: "BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 6th day
of April, 1945, the Board of County Supervisors of Adams County, Nebraska regularly assembled, a quorum being present
and in all things and respects fully qualified to transact any business which may come before the said County Board
of Supervisors of Adams County, Nebraska, has this day heard the petition of Harry F. Russell, guardian of William L.
Cole, with reference to the proposed sale of an undivided one-fourth interest in and to The Southwest Quarter (SW*)
and the East One-half (E2) of the Northwest Quarter (N) of Section Five (5), Township Six (6), North Range Ten
(10), West of the 6th P. M., in Adams County, Nebraska, subject to mortgage indebtedness thereon, for the purpose of
paying hospital, doctors and surgeons bills, medical bills and upkeep and living of the said William L. Cole.
Upon consideration of the same and the evidence this day introduced, the said County Board of Supervisors of
Adams County, Nebraska finds that the said real property above described is the property of the said William L. Cole
and that it is not his homestead; that the said William L. pole has no income or property sufficient to pay bills and
expenses and to provide for his living; that the said William L. Cole is under guardianship under orders of the
County Court of Adams County, Nebraska; that the proposed sale is in all things fair and reasonable and that the
said County Board of Supervisors of Adams County, Nebraska should certify to the Judge of the District Court of
Adams County, Nebraska in writing their approbation of the proposed sale and that they deem it necessary.
WHEREFORE the County Board of Supervisors of Adams County, Nebraska hereby certifies their approbation of the
proposed sale by Harry F. Russell, guardian of William L. Cole, of an undivided one-fourth interest in and to The

(6), North Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P. M., in Adams County, Nebraska, subject to mortgage indebtedness there-
on, said property not being the homestead of the said William L. Cole, for the purpose of paying hospital, doctors
and surgeons bills, medical bills of the said William L. Cole, and to provide for his necessary living and mainte-
nance expenses, and further that the said County Board of Supervisors of Adams County, Nebraska deem the said sale to
be necessary." Roll call, all voted aye. Motion carried.
